The Health Action Zone aims to reduce inequalities, engage communities, working in partnership, engaging front-line staff. The health action zone offers a wide range of services to the people, some of which are the young people’s health services, improving the health of older people, smoking cessation service, improving health through employment opportunities, better health for all communities and evaluating the health action zone.
